libebml4v5 software package provides access library for the EBML format (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libebml4v5
libebml4v5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libebml4v5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libebml4v5 *
You will get with libebml4v5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
